Paul covers Healthcare IT, change management, technological innovation and program management. He has worked in large-scale projects, such as the reform of the largest private hospital chain in Russia and the development of Turnkey Greenfield Hospitals. Epping has been appointed as Chapter Lead of the Singularity University in Dubai, focusing on exponential technologies - healthcare, energy, education, artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, robotics, genomics 3D printing, synthetic biology and impact on the region. He is also member of the ExO community, World Future Society and Lifeboat Foundation. Prior to joining Philips, Paul worked as an independent consultant, program manager and interim CIO in several large hospitals. He was deeply involved in the development of the Dutch Healthcare IT infrastructure.
