The Future of Mobility
Congestion costs cities on average 2% of GDP and transportation is the biggest cause of Air Pollution. Coupled with increasing populations and resource constraints, cities are turning to technology to enable more efficient transportation systems that allow cities to prosper. Intelligent transport systems, autonomous vehicles and new apps will define the cities of tomorrow. This session considers how these technologies can improve mobility, save time for citizens, maximise resources for cities and facilitate the transition to a low carbon economy.
